I'll post a few pics of my food from yesterday and this morning below. Yesterday was difficult. I had a headache almost all day, but so far this morning; no headaches. The center that takes care of my Ideal Protein diet is called Unwind. So far since I've started they have called me twice! I cannot tell you how important that follow up has been. My stomach aches sometimes so badly but knowing that I have that kind of support and that kind of care makes me muddle through it one more day.
Yesterday took a little creative thinking to get my meals to work with my schedule. I ate breakfast early and lunch late, had half a cup of veggies later, then an egg at work and my supper at nine. Finally my snack I had at about midnight right before a movie.
Breakfast was Orange Drink - delicious
Supper was Pink Lemonade Drink - yummy
Snack was White Chocolate Cinnamon bar - nommy!!!
I will definitely be ordering those again!
Today's menu
Breakfast - omelet with herbs - yum!!!
Dinner - Chicken Soup - jury's still out
Snack - Vanilla peanut butter bar - can't freakin' wait!

Wow impressive! Organization is great, will help avoid the 'searching munchies' as I call them. Good work ;)
