I can't believe I'm on week 5 already! I've been working so hard, and have had such great results! I just hope that I can keep it up. I'm starting to get a little discouraged. I have that innertube of fat around my tummy that just wont go away. I'm pretty sure every weight loss commercial calls it stubborn belly fat; and for a reason. *glares at belly tube* Anyone know of any tips to tone your stomach?
Today will be a challenge. I have gotten two requests to eat out today so I've decided that I will just separate my 2 cups o veggies and 8 ounces of meat. At 2 pm my mom and I are getting mixed and going for a walk, then at 5 or so my friend Casey asked me to go out to eat with him. So I'll get another salad with about 4 ounces of meat. Just split that one meal in half, should be no biggie. Prior to that I'll have my drink and bring my snack along for the ride in case I get hungry. :)
It's funny what you call a challenge when you're on a diet :P
