Week 6 Day 3

I've been thinking about different ways that I can have snacks at work. So far I've tried eating beef jerky (which I know is stretch for this diet) and just having my bar at work towards the end of the day to ward off the munchies. I've also been wanting to try a recipe I found for cinnamon chips. They are made from rudabaga. I've even heard of Kale chips, which would be interesting. But I think the sweetness of cinnamon would taste a lot better. Does anyone have any ideas for snacks I try?

Keep in mind -
no nuts,
no fruits, dried or otherwise
no cheese
