KALE CHIPS!
I was really stoked to try this recipe so here it is!
What you need -
Kale - I grabbed the only available, I believe it's called dinosaur Kale.
EVOO
Sea Salt
Optional - asiago cheese and or seasoned salt
What you do -
Start by washing and drying the Kale. I just spread it out over paper towels for like 15 minutes (like pictured). Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Next tear the leaf portions off the stems of the Kale and into bite size pieces. Scatter on a baking sheet and drizzle EVOO on top, sprinkle with salt. You can add the cheese or season salt at this time. They don't take long to bake so give it about 15 minutes and then check on them. They shrink A LOT so you can fill the pan pretty well and have lots left over. They are also fairly brittle but if you like baby spinach, you will LOVE these tasty little things.
