Week 7 recipe!
Roasted Cauliflower! Review the video above for the summarized version. All you need is lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper, EVOO and cauliflower. It was taken on my phone so pardon the awful quality. When you're cooking it you can wait until the tops are brown or about 30 minutes. Or just test with a fork every 20 minutes or so until it is your desired tenderness.

When it's done you can sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if you so desire. It's a good cheese so I wouldn't be worried about it killing a diet or anything like that. I didn't put any on and it was perfect! I really enjoy this recipe and I think that as long as you are sparing with the EVOO you will like it too!
