THE STATS ARE IN!!!!!
But before we get to that....inches lost currently -
Total -
Arm = 1.25 inches
Chest = 3.5 inches
Upper abs = 3 inches
Mid abs (or belly button) = 5.5 inches!!!
Low abs = 3 inches!
Hips = 3 inches
Thigh = 2.5 inches
Total inches lost = 20.25
And what you've all been waiting for!!!!! Total pounds lost this week = THREE POUNDS!
I currently weigh 273, making my total weight loss 41 pounds!
This means I am only 9 pounds from my current goal!!!! My new sub goal is to lose the rest of that in 2 weeks...think I can do it?
