Week 12 Day 2

I'm starting to get a little worried about my skin. It's getting fairly obvious that I've lost a lot of weight, mostly by the wings that I'm growing on my triceps and the 2-3 inches of loose skin around my belly button. My legs are still ok, mostly because I haven't lost as much weight off of them, but they won't be that way forever.

I don't want to do any plastic surgery and everyone I tell about it keeps telling me that because I'm young I'll spring back. So now I need to find some different ways to tone my arms and my core.

First suggestion I've gotten is core twists. Basically planting your feet and twisting your upper body left and right to tighten up the muscles in your core. Another couple things that I've seen for arms are using wrists weights when you walk, yoga, and then lifting weights with your arms behind your head. So once I get back to walking and working out, I will be adding these to my routine. I'm not going to kill myself to get toned, but I do feel like starting to do these DURING my weight loss will be better than waiting till it get's worse.

Making Voulash and packing today, I can't wait to start taking my bi weekly pictures in front of a WHITE wall. <3
