Well, here we are again, another week done and another set of pounds lost! Yay!
The results are - 2 pounds and 1/2 an inch. Since the loss this week wasn't too incredible I'm going to update all of you on my increments!
arm - 2 inches
chest (under my armpits) - 4 inches
upper abs - 5 inches
mid abs (belly button) - 8.5 inches
low abs - 5.5 inches
hips - 5.5 inches
thigh - 3 inches
calf - 1.5 inches
Total inches lost = 47
TOTAL POUNDS LOST = 80!!!
Since I posted a picture last week, no picture this week - but probably next week :)
