Hello team! Quick prologue to blog today - I have started a new blog over on Tumblr if you are interested in following me there as well. When I hit that 100 pound mark I will no longer be posting here!!! WHICH IS SOON (btw). (click here to see)
Today’s weigh in did not go NEARLY as well as I wanted it to, but I’m
notorious for expecting a bit too much from them anyways. I lost 3
pounds and an inch and a half this week! So from my 100 pound original
goal I am only 3 pounds away, but for my phase out goal I still have 17
pounds to lose. After chatting with my coach about a trip I will be
taking to Florida in March we decided to go for 5 more weeks on full out
Phase 2 (meaning no sugar, carbs or fat and two IP packets a day). On
February 22nd I will hopefully have reached my goal of being 200 pounds
or less.
What does that mean for me? That means losing approximately 3.4
pounds a week. I have been known to have really high loss weeks so it’s
buckle down time. I have strayed from what I am supposed to be doing. I
am just looking for something more inspiring when it comes to making 2
cups of veggies twice a day. So the hunt for more recipes begins.
Also! Tomorrow marks 6 months since I started the diet AND if 4 of you view this post I will officially have 10,000 page views! Thank you!!!
