I'm sitting here drinking my morning coffee anxious for my 4 o'clock weigh in at Unwind. I have quite a lot to do today, get some groceries for the week, plan out my vacation meals (oh how I love a challenge) and try to play a little xbox.
I've been discovering a lot about myself this week. That I'm much more disciplined than I thought for one, and for two that I actually don't mind NOT eating all that crappy food. Now don't get me wrong, I miss it like crazy, but I don't miss all the side effects from it. Headaches, constipation, lethargy, fatigue....I mean the list goes on.
I can really tell the difference this has made for me and I'm excited to see my first results today. Look for a new picture on the picture page along with my weight lost and inches lost!
