Just a quick post for now, just got a call from my father and I wanted to post and say how proud I am of him! He started the diet before me and has had some of the most amazing results! He's lost 70 pounds! I keep thinking to myself; what would I look like 70 lbs lighter? Probably skinnier...:P
I looked up a height to weight ratio that scared the crap out of me. According to the chart I should weigh somewhere around 145 pounds. I call bull honkey. My younger sister is probably around an inch shorter than me, and she weighs somewhere around that and she's exactly the right size, but according to the chart she should weigh almost ten or fifteen pounds lower than that. I think it's faulty, I doubt I will ever look at one of those again. If you wanna torture yourself equally just google height to weight ratios and go nuts!
I've started walking because I have been told that it can really stimulate this diet. So far I've been just walking about a half an hour at night when it's nice out. No back problems, or tender feet the next day which is super! Today I'll leave you with a fun picture of my partner in crime and I locked in the stocks at Pirate's Cove :).

I don't think that sounds quite right... We are about the same height correct? (Bri) And 145 is uber skinny. (seriously i was in college and in one of my health classes they told me I needed to gain some back) Told me 150 is around my target weight. I think you can still be 'higher' and be 'healthy'
But congrats on all the losing weight, anything is great and will you make you feel awesome. Keep going :o)
