I had a moment today when I figured the total weigh lost to date.
In 2 weeks I have lost a total of 23 pounds and 14.25 inches!!!
That's like losing a dyson vaccum cleaner!!
My inches were lost from:
Chest - 1.5 inches
Upper abs - 2 inches
Mid abs - 3 inches
Lower abs - 1 inch
Hips - 1,5 inches
Thigh - .5 inch
BMI - 44.24
Weight is now 291.
So far the toughest spots are my thighs and my arms (not to mention my calf). The plan now is to start walking and doing some arm exercise. I have a Jillian Michaels video....hmmmm I should try that again and see if it's easier now :) Check out the pictures page for todays pic!

Yay for walking!! Bike rides are great for thighs just saying... mine burn after I go for a good ride! :o) (Plus it's fun!)
