Week 4 Day 3

Good afternoon! Today is a quick recipe because I cant stop drooling over it. It's hard for me to not eat it for every meal!!!

RUMP ROAST!!!!
It's super simple if you have a crock pot just mix the following seasoning together and rub it on the roast. Place in crock pot with 1/2 a cup of water and set on low for 8 hours or high for 4-6 hours!

Cayenne pepper
chilli powder
italian seasoning
salt/pepper
garlic salt.
Mix to taste. If you like spice add more cayenne if you like salty add more garlic! All in all I probably had about 2 tbs of seasonings to rub in. When it was done it was melt in your mouth delicious! You can put carrots, potatoes, onions and cabbage in the bottom of the crock pot if you want some veggies with your meal too. I just ate mine on a bed of spinach greens with some of the juice poured on it. Delicious!

As for my week this week, I feel like I'm getting full much quicker which is an odd feeling. I think I need to cut back on meat or veggies or something. I've been trying to get more exercise but I really don't know what to do, I'm still a little anxious about going outside and walking around alone. I have another friend moving to town but I'm not exactly sure how much time she'll have either. Excuses excuses excuses. Maybe I'll just have to take some more garbage out or vacuum or something. Tonight I grocery shop! I'll post pics tomorrow of my produce and hopefully a new recipe that I plan on trying!!!

Again I can't thank all of you enough for showing me support. I have had so many people give me compliments and tell me that they are thinking and praying for me. It's wonderful to know that so many people want me to succeed! I love you all so dearly!!! <3

I do a slight variation on that one.

Defrost roast, one can of beef broth in crock pot... one package of italian dressing, 1/2 package of au jus mix. Season roast to taste yummy... then cook for several hours. Yum!
